Goair was not just a work culture It was family a second Home. We worked very very hard We criticized even harder We partied and had fun with the same staff after all the days work and madness around With the day passing you feel, you actually slogged and worked and earned for that day Tomorrow will be a new day. We invited doom into our lives Once we hired all professionals from Jet Nothing against them personally But we Goair were always Model College And they jet airways behaved like Rajput College Like in the movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander Ultimately Model College wins But in our sad tragedy we brought ourselves down to the ground. If we never stopped are Aircraft's even if we reduced the no. Of flying planes and still side by side fought the fight we could perhaps have made it. May 3 ,2023 once we stopped I knew somewhere it was over. Goair should never have taken this decision We were small economical we would have lasted a little more longer Paxs loved us for being point to point no frill as long as we covered the distance safely and securely. The management is poor .Specially people who have joined from jet Airways.Lots of wastage of man power and resources done by them .Not to forget their promotion is done by themself after every financial year and increasing their pay check .Also not to forget they only care to fill their pockets in an unethical way even if it meansthe downfall or closing of the company.Examples Higher lever management like the CEO ,VP cabin crew department all jumping ships to new airline like akasa air to fill their dirty pockets again.Poor business strategy of higher level management (ex jet Airways management).very poorly underpaid cabin crew when compared to other crew from different airlines....Read More
