Less payment, staff is put to work in the company toxic environment where overwork is mandatory for very less payment, it feels like we are labourers not employees. Everything looks good on surface of the company but it is very toxic . Company tries to deduct payment, even after being a ltd company. Company didn't paid for consultation fees and not willing to pay. Not even responded for 1 month follow up. After 1 month response receive for non payment.
