Well, the list is pretty long: 1. Fake company with a fake address 2. Most of the time they will give your salary in cash that is again problematic when you are submitting payslips! 3. No bonus 4. No transport allowance 5. Frequent pay cuts 6. No promotions 7. No hike in salary N.B. : They will always hire fresher and some people with industry experience. After a year is passes, the person with the experience will be removed and the fresher will be kept. This is their cost-cutting policy. Very unethical indeed.
