Its a great place and platform to learn new things undoubtedly ,it gives lifetime valuable treasured experienced , good quality of workpieces in company . Trustable quality based productions best accuracy based works at all specially accuracy working areas are well dedicated in their work profiles more than all like CNC deptt.

The bad thing is you need an approach to grow up in the company even if you're well skilled and wsll desciplned in your work. That is realy bad and make a bad impact on efficiency of any employee , as long as only they're taking more responsibility in same wages as compared to other mon skilled employees 😒😒
