Company is good upper management is fantastic. good brand recognition in all aspect . 1 sat week off on every month. sallery on every 1st day of month. Company growing rapidly.

middle management is not good, all decision taken on behalf of favor-ism and this makes this organisation worst place to work, and even not good for females. HO gets more perks and benefits than Manufacturing units in Vasai , Eg - Fest celebrations, job timings, appraisals, etc . No career growth as u never promoted to upper position. peoples are working on same position from past 10 or more years is normal in GM. All departments are good to work except quality department, as no proper leadership in this dept. Sallery growth is between 7 to 8 % only so make sure u join on higher sallery. monopoly in company in all scenarios, only certain people which are hired on ref get higher payment extra benefits like canteen, transport, etc . average sallery for engineer in 20K. many of the engineers are still getting 16k sallery after 3 years of working. People with no education background on higher post is normal in GM and they decides what to do with higher educated engineering staff. most of the innovative product directly imported from CHINA, and 80% of the production is manufactured at vendors place, there fore no skills to acquire.
