Work life balance will be totally collapsed. There is no HR policy, no appreciation, no promotion based on performance.

Colleagues were so friendly helps you more to learn & understand.Job training is giving to new joinees.

There is a bond for 3 years. No job security they will make you to resign any time & they won't give any experience letter even they won't issue an appointment order while joining. Payslip providing culture was not in there management. Can't expect anything from management side for employees except salary,PF like this

Stressful work need to roam here & there.Cant have time to sit..only during document work we have time to sit.Only you should remember your login timing your logout timing can be anything.
