Everything. Soo much racism towards the workforce outside of bengal.don't provide offs for festivals other than Bengali and Muslim. Hired for 5 working days and forcefully making everyone work for 6 days without any OT, no increments will be provided in this company ever. sometimes have to work 10 hours a day there is no decorum there is no growth and mostly targeted job It's such a pathetic job only one thing they have is remote working rest of the things are really depressing no team support seniors are really rude.No understanding among employees....Read More

The good part of this company is they are so much concern with the quality. Regular basis training sessions for new projects and tasks, QA supports for associates, Salary on time etc.

Dislikes

The worst part is the job security. Over time not be paid whatever the Team Lead and HR said but Over time is not credited yet in my cases. Growth rate is pathetic, Sometimes QA is not eligible as QA but they do. This companies give promotions on the basis of eligibility not ability. Salary is very very less as per the qualifications and knowledge.

The atmosphere of Globsyn AI workspace is very good, they have arranged lots of session on health in this pandemic, employees can direct contact with a doctor, everyone is very helpful. Operations are very supportive.
