Pros - Less work pressure | Good team members | Fewer politics | On-time salary Cons - No job security | Project instability | Poor management | Shift stretch depending on your TL Suggestion to the management - Develop better operational strategies to hold on to projects | Listen to employee suggestions | Make things a bit more digital.

...eatened to kick out of the company.with out any reason they kicked good workers.they force to the employee to over time work with out any pay.there is no job security.no salary satisfaction.no promotion.

avarage good. salary structure is low. but they provide salary on proper time that is good. there are lots of project but no job security... if salary structure became hike and job security they provide than Globsyn would be one of the best IT companies....

The good part of this company is they are so much concern with the quality. Regular basis training sessions for new projects and tasks, QA supports for associates, Salary on time etc.

Dislikes

The worst part is the job security. Over time not be paid whatever the Team Lead and HR said but Over time is not credited yet in my cases. Growth rate is pathetic, Sometimes QA is not eligible as QA but they do. This companies give promotions on the basis of eligibility not ability. Salary is very very less as per the qualifications and knowledge.
