No learning, doing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.

No time to time apprisals. They give apprisals in 2 installments 6. They hire anyone with any salary and internal employees who are billable throughout the year don't get what they deserve.
