Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.

They pay more but it all depends on project for which they're hiring. Salary is not a concern here. Good hikes. Work from home. No micro management. Management is always reachable. Lot of learning opportunities if you can work parallely with your current project.

Dislikes

Its like a consultancy when they hire laterals because its purely project basis. Once the project gets over after 6 months etc you have to work on any technology as they hired you giving more package that risk will always be there. Lot of work pressure at client side projects you will feel like giving up many times. Some leads are not enough skilled as they just hand over responsibility to them. HR team is not friendly and you may feel like you're from a different company. You might have to work 12 Hrs to survive here....Read More
