There should be salary increment with experience . For example If an employee complete 1 year then 3000 should be increased. With every year 3000 should be increased .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Environment is good. Training n learning might vary depending upon the designation you are working for. For associate analyst learning is confined to the particular process you are working in. Career oriented learning is almost nil. Opportunities especially for freshers in long term is not enough but you can fight n step the ladder if you are talented enough. Salary appraisal is on annual basis and is less as the salary for freshers is not good but as a freshers appraisal is average not very bad. Politics is a part of private sector, you have to deal with it in your own way. It will be high if you are rising fast, otherwise you can peaceful continue your job. It will not be a problem. If you achieve your targets in time, you don't have to think of work load when you are home. Overall if you are not getting anything related to your own field or you want to kick start your career as a data analyst, you can definitely go for it....Read More

Career growth, salary/appraisal,learning doesn't happen here at all. They treat you like sheep. Gurgaon location is a BPO(Operations wisely). Management hired experienced manager/TL/What not from all the terrible BPOs of gurgaon just to save & scale up their operation.
