There is nothing good in Globalite. Its a very low standard company in terms of everything. Like, Management, Workplace, Salary and Envirorment.

Dislikes

They do not provide a safe and healthy atmosphere to their employee. No Future scope, No Management. It is a place where you can survive at one condition if you are a minion. Only a politician can stay here not a hard worker. They do not give salary on time, and they can terminate you without any prior notice. Its a very pathetic experience ever I have worked with. They have low class mentality. Very Cheap Owner and their management....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
