it is a place where one can learn more about the core sector which is electricity and power in my case. However beyond this with respect to tools and methodology mapping and planning there is really not much of a learning which can be expected from this company.

there is really not much scope of growth in mid-level roles in this organisation. For people who are well oriented with the core sector that is really not much of growth in terms of learning. The pay is really very low and quite a decent bit away from the industry standard on the negative scale.

Monotonous work. Nothing new to learn and the appraisal criteria is too bad. Because you’ll have to wait for some other colleagues to leave the company and then you can get the appraisal that too the chances are very low.
