What I love most about this company is how they support employee growth through having you an advantage of multiple learning facets. Here, you have exposure to training, chances to learn and work alogside experienced professionals around, and be part of strategical team discussions. So, it's diverse learning experience for me overall, and it really helps me progress in my role.

The company's leave policy is truly commendable. Here we have maternity leave for female employees and paternity leave for male employees, which is not something every company provides. I personally has the chance to take paternity leave during my tenure here, and I really value the company's policy for offering these benefits.

The only downside I see here is the six-day workweek.

I have been working here for quite some time and the overall work-life balance is good. You get chance to lead and take ownership and the team always encourages you.

Multi-tasking is encouraged, and employees are motivated to give their best. You can also learn a lot from experts and senior colleagues here. Access to the Leadership Team is easy, this creates an open culture. From my experience, I can say that everyone is friendly and supportive.

I've improved a lot professionally. I used to work alone, but now I've learned to be a team player. Thanks to advice from senior colleagues, I've adapted to teamwork. Since, after becoming a team lead, I prefer this way of working. I owe my success to the leadership, my seniors, and my team.

If you're more of an introvert, you might feel a bit out of place because of the need to adapt, respond quickly, and be flexible in this environment.

Got exposure to handling global operations and challenges which was exciting and motivating. The night shifts aren't what I thought it would be. It's quite comfortable and the management looks after us, there is also free food and the pay is fairly good.

Feedback is given, especially when you make a mistake, but it's always in a way that helps you learn and improve. There are lots of opportunities to get involved and be deeply engaged in different work opportunities.
