This is a worst company I had ever been trapped into. They don't pay you on time, unskill you, demotivate you yet want 200% in performance. And performance means only sales no matter what's your forte. The boss Mr. Gupta is the worst human I have ever met. His kids keep playing in the o ffice and talk to you the way they want. He has no idea what professionalism is all about and doesn't know how to grow a business. If you get even 5 minutes late you will have to repot it directly to the owners cabin and tell him the reason you got late. No one should apply and join to this company.
