First 1 year is the probation period, and no leaves are permitted. Worst place to work. Teachers are treated as s l a v e s and they will turn your life into a hell. Anyone joining the institution see that its your last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. If you are joining GIIS Whitefield, make sure that you join either Senior School ( 9 to 12) or Primary school. Don't join the middle school segment because one of the worst Coordinator has taken up the role Ms. Doreen. So much favouritism, groupism going on because of her. Ms. Doreen is encouraging all these.
