I have offers from 2 company Global FPO and QX Global. QX Global is providing slight higher package with midnight shift. Global FPO is providing offer with 1 year bond. Both global FPO and QX Global are very easy to commute for me. I believe coming from Deloitte both are at par itself and I don’t see any other growth. Global FPO is offering me Team Lead and QX is offering me Senior Associate.

They through you out whenever they want no policy, managers having attitude plb they think there subordinates are slave I have experience with 2 mangers anil and jitin. They want every hour you work information in time sheet, how a human can work regularly 8 hours ?, They make you fool decide your monthly salary and cut portion in the name of bouns and pay you same in the month end means you receive salary in 2 parts and same will be swipe off if your performance is poor in management view. They mentally torture you in the name of performance so that you could work beyond 9 hours to improve yourself but in all this your personal life will get finish.
