Initially you get trained for 6 months on various topics which will boost your technical competence and confidence. If you are lucky you will get to work in some good projects.

Dislikes

Due to recent rapid changes in Management, employees have lost their arrears ( almost 3 months) there is no proper sync between HR and Engineering teams. There is no work life balance.

Leads and managers are not updated and are not knowledgeable. Pay grade is less than 2x to your experience which is very poor for the industry standard.
