Latest tech stack used in building the product. Very good for freshers in terms of learning. Impressive products built from scratch.

Dislikes

Office politics. No work life balance. Employees are expected to come early and leave late. Apparently giving your whole time to office is highly appreciated.

work environment is good,i get good appraisal and salary, best thing is work from home is available.

Delay in variable pay and increment, also working time in more than 8 hours i:e 8:25 hours.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
