Sometimes growth is slower depending on projects performance. Also sometimes workload is very high.

As a whole, my work is little challenging as I have to take care of the Service Deliveries of the entire East region and at the same time manage day-to-day operations with direct client interfacing. Sometimes I found my work quite repetitive and tiring.

In terms of growth, company is worse..worst company to ever work with but still managed to complete few years...too much politics and undeserving ppl get promotions who are not even qualified...waste of time... Never hire experience guys as they go for cheaper recruitment with freshers.
