I am working in this company from almost a decade. Our Manager and co employees are always been supportive. Our Director is very helpfull and soft spoken person. Salary always on time. Very cash rich company. Given full salary in covid including Puja bonus also. Work Life balance is awesome.

Growth is very slow. Skill development is neglated here.

There's nothing as such to like about this company. Horrible work culture, the management, authorized people and few staffs. No job security at all.

No freedom to work. Kind of call center, where you will be given target. If you cannot get them Purchase order by next 2months, Your job will be on toss for sure. You can't have social life during 6 months probation period. Can't look after your loved ones during this probation period. You are banned from posting your company's nameon any social media. Strict timing, no job security, anyone may get fired anytime. Lots of politics. Seniors will be after you if you perform well & will make conspiracy to sack you. Directors know everything but act as blind. You can not go out during 9hrs of shift, not even for lunch or tea break.

It is a basically worst work culture, they are use speak slang languages, no job security, in 15 days VP said you learn nothing go home , colleagues who work with if they not like you they give wrong feed back against you to your boss , they have only 2 nos of mobile , and each person has separate country to call , till the phone reach to you the country working time is over . And VP judge your quality with that report that you only submit one positive call in your report . For fresher it's fine but for experience candidates it's mental harassment , that you came to know you not reach the peak so we fire you , their is no place for honesty if you said something with honesty they will fire you , even company said I give higher salary so you learn new products in 15 days without given proper training. Company might good but work culture are worst , I join here with this positive thought I can added new business strategy into their business with my experience but the colleagues who working their they never give you chance to show your quality....Read More
