It's a start up school and hence a teacher will get to involve in a lot of activities including planning. Talent is recognised. One will be able to learn a lot. Good exposure. Good parents and students.

Dislikes

Once you are found talented, you are burdened with a lot of roles and responsibilities but that will never reflect in your salary. There's no fee concession for teacher's kids. Every year mgmt changes its policy for that. Teachers are underpaid. The mgmt fail to recognise trust worthy teachers. They won't give any desination in writing, but try to extract work as much as possible by luring you with words. None of the responsibilities I held, were mentioned in my experience letter. Work Details

Always stressed. A teacher can't do her teaching job peacefully, as there are other clerical jobs also for teachers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
