I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is no worklife balance, I have to give alot of justification to my reporting manager to take my own leaves. The HPP program, the organization change where our counter parts/colleagues lost their jobs, May be its too early to the new joiners who had joined just a year ago and would have lost their jobs...
