At present I am working as production lead of one of unit. I have 11 years of experience in GSKCH and have worked on 5 roles so far . I am responsible for big production unit operation of 27 KT annual capacity and 600 plus workmen's.

Very work environment and fun job security. Management and team was very supportive and innovative. There are very good policies and salary hike and bonus every year.

I feel lot of policies and documentation. Which can be shortened to some extent.

There is no worklife balance, I have to give alot of justification to my reporting manager to take my own leaves. The HPP program, the organization change where our counter parts/colleagues lost their jobs, May be its too early to the new joiners who had joined just a year ago and would have lost their jobs...
