Its a very big company with latest technology and fully automated machines. I have been fortunate enough to work in this industry with EIE background as I have utilised my knowledge in those machines and learnt a lot. Also it gives a chance to interact with different stakeholders to understand more about market requirement and strategies.

My training at Unilever was challenging; management trusted me to work on projects which have enhanced my skills and knowledge. The work was quite interesting which in turn motivated me throughout my training.

The officers and even the managers are down to earth they made everything clear by giving proper illustrations. Maximum of the employees in the HUL are below 35 years and their concepts regarding work performance is marvellous. Basically HUL is a workaholic place where everyone indulge themselves in doing work in a smart way with proper knowledge about equipment and machines. I can learn maximum of the things while working in HUL.
