Stressful work environment and they ask you to work for 14 hours for 6 days a week but in your contract it says 5 days and 9 hours everyday. Managers words are final. You don’t get to say anything. 1. Gkn holds very less project. 2. Job security is not at all there. They just ask you to leave in a month notice. 3. 30% people were layed off recently. 4. It's like a freelancing to work in GKN. They hold you with good package and work from home till project goes to sop. After that they will lay you off. 5. They don't even give you a proper notice.
