work-life balance can be affected due to huge work pressure or excessive load of task responsibility. Less co-operative and competitive behavioural mentality of co-workers Or colleagues. Lack of promotional opportunity or appraisal.

Work Details

Work policy: Have the opportunity of working from home as well as working form office. Being a permanent employee, I had operated their tasks from the remote area due to some personal issues.

The company work culture is terrible, then does not pay their employees on time and the resources that they provide to the employees is is very bad so doing the work becomes very problematic
