No learning, and high Politics in GIZ country office. Try to get into projects, not in country office, you will not survive. People who are serving for the last 20/ 25 years will not let you serve more. You will soon discarded from the industry due to this Politics.

Zero learnings. No encouragement. My team members always said, don't do complete job today, let it be for a week, do it slowly, take your time. Else higher authorities will give you more n more work if you timely complete your job.

They selected me as an intern and after a few days sent a rejection letter due to "technical issues". The worst part is they didn't even have the common decency to call me about it. They just emailed me a letter. And later that day when I tried calling the manager, he wasn't picking up my calls. I, then, called from a different number and he picked it up and said he was busy in a meeting. Worst experience of my life. Felt like my life was over and my dreams were shattered.
