salary part and no growth opportunity . there is 1 IJP - IJP stand for internal job posting in whole girnar care chance of promotion is less than 10 % as its a domestic call center experience letter is not considered much in other company

Oh my god, I can write 1000 words. The micro-management is unbelievable, being a DevOps Engineer which is a good post, the manager used to humiliate me and my colleagues every single day. They used to deduct pli for no reason, they can fire u for no reason, they will make your life hell for no reason.
