Lot of policies need to be employee friendly, career growth is very slow and HR is not too strong. Comapny spends more on senior management and infra rather than employees

salary part and no growth opportunity . there is 1 IJP - IJP stand for internal job posting in whole girnar care chance of promotion is less than 10 % as its a domestic call center experience letter is not considered much in other company

Too much systematic things leads to poor stress management of workers and the constant pressure of achieving target without giving free time for relaxation leads to health issues.

Oh my god, I can write 1000 words. The micro-management is unbelievable, being a DevOps Engineer which is a good post, the manager used to humiliate me and my colleagues every single day. They used to deduct pli for no reason, they can fire u for no reason, they will make your life hell for no reason.
