No job security: Post covid employees were not re-hired who were forced to leave organization Increment: It is done after 4yrs that also after few employees went absconding for it. No cafeteria: Place given is not more than average cabin where staff has to adjust seats n lunch timings. Hygiene: No tissue papers in office, have to ask for tissue roll even in washrooms. Whereas MD/chairman is given special washroom with attached bathroom. Payroll: Salary slips are not updated on their portal, have to send mails to concerned person on regular basis as he ia tied up with other works or not efficient to do his work. LAST & MOST IMPORTANT Hiring: It is very slow & poor either due to salary offered or reputation of company in market....Read More
