Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Only thing that I liked that they put us to client with much more number of experience than we had in actually. So by this way we face some really good challenge that help us to grow faster

First of all 2.5 years of one sided bond. They can fire you anytime after EOD and can say don’t come from tomorrow. It can happen anytime, within bond period or after it. Next is terrible work life balance. They always push you to work on more than one project. Then HR department treat you as much lower than labour. There you’ll never be treated as engineers.
