It is job security only.

Slow career growth, lacks transparency, no job rotation and no recognisation or motivation.

Work Details

When I joined, I had 28 years of rich experience in Banking , Finance and More particularly in Hsg Finance. Job assigned to me was not commensurate to my experience. I could have done much better rendering more valuable service. Not satisfied.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
