It all depends on your reporting manager If he's is good hearted this is the best company to work Unfortunately mine was bit unfortunate so I had terrible work experience Mechanical work is limited they focus on your growth but it's just for show off all thay care is work not employee development

No incriment from last 2 years no variable and that variable they are giving this year in October as our incriment so no growth from last 3 years No employee growth mindset just fouces on quick work done Heavly blame culture Terriable experience If you do join it's good for 2-3 years that's it leave this company after 3 years

Dislikes

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

There are good technology learn here but you will not find time here and no proper mentor are there (it also depends on team to team) Senior people ( specially who in rockwell from past 10 years or more ) ignore junior people questions until unless it is be become necessary to anwer (in certain condition)
