The company has no direction and plan for the future, decision taken today will change tomorrow. They hire promising a lot of things but dont have much to offer for career growth. US is always envy of India employees and there is a lot of bias at senior management.

In mobile tech team there is a lot grouping and lobbying. The core team consists of people who have been together from their pervious or previous to pervious organization. New additions to the team are NOT welcome untill and unless you are a local . The manager of the team is newly appointed and does not know how to take decisions.He will give all responsibilities to his favorites and he even tolerate their bad behavior but if you are new to the team he will not lift a finger to help you get adjusted. The benefit of wfh, but expectation from employees is to work from morning 11 to night 11 on most days.

Job security is the worst. Random and constant leadership changes across both India and US, leading to constant struggle related job security anxiety. No standard ways for measuring employee performance.

Mobile app development team has favoritism ...... they are giving all the major work to their favorite TM's . Team lead is just for placeholder namesake, does not know how to talk , he keeps on saying stupid things.

They have a great work environment. They are considerate of each other's problems. No problem in taking leaves. One of the biggest positives is that they dont micromanage. Managers have great trust on their subordinates. If you are overload with work, you can inform your managers and They will try to manage your workload. Atleast in my team they do. I dont know about other teams.

Dislikes

I didnt learn anything new. I was put into basic data entry tasks although I was skilled in Excel, Sql and Power BI. There is too much of cross-training which i feel is not required so frequently. There are too many meetings and you to update your daily tasks in multiple sheets and task planners.

Initially the role was good and well appreciated.

Dislikes

Too much pressure, zero work life balance. People were being fired on the spot. US stakeholders are just clueless and every leadership was just trying to save their own job by putting employees under the bus. They seem to be reducing workforce in India as well and focusing majorly on US employees.
