The employees have good coordination with each other and they are helpful when needed. Dislikes

The management of the organisation is absolutely pathetic as far as the employee benefits are concerned. Salary does not come timely and most often it comes on the third or fourth week of the next month. On top of that all of a sudden they have made the salary on the basis of target achieved and accordingly they deducted salary. Theset target also gets changed (in fact increased) every month instead of remaining fixed. They did a mass lay-off of their employees with immediate effect and denied giving any severance pay in spite of repeatedly being requested. The management in Pune office as well as the top management in Kolhapur showed absolute apathy to their bona fide employees who worked for the organisation for several months by not giving them any notice period or time before laying them off instantly. The most ridiculous things is that the organisation even gave the due or pending salary of FnF of the laid-off employees in two installments in two consecutive months instead of one time full payment....Read More

Work-life at Ghodawat is bit balanced, however there is pressure from the upper level to complete the target within the stipulated period.
