package with initiative is bad…. they saying 15 % is fix initiative and with company extra percent but it is all fraud. this time they giv only 6 % to all whoelse have in package 15 % they also get only 6 %. before joining please ask in detail information about this then join. they do not give u proper salary structure.

HR no transperancy in salary structure, they fool the employees in salary structure and once joined we fall into this trap and will realise that we had loss financially and career also...never ever saw such industry which is very unethical, not obeying commitments given at the time of interview. Human resources team is not working with Employees problem and solution, There is self problem while not occur with HR or upper management team ,also security system is self HR of GCL There is no updated safety PPES according to work, instructions
