The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of Gharda team. Career growth is very slow. Sallary good. Traveling facility is also available. No politics in this company. Lot of learning. Work environment is excellent.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 10-16 hours straight in a day. One thing is that, I am experienced person but company join me as stipendiary trainee for 1 year and then after completion of 1 year, company join me as probationary traine 6 months and after all this then confirmation. This is very long process.

I am working in Dicamba Plant and I'm work as junior production officer trainee. All operation in the field I do it very well.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
