package with initiative is bad…. they saying 15 % is fix initiative and with company extra percent but it is all fraud. this time they giv only 6 % to all whoelse have in package 15 % they also get only 6 %. before joining please ask in detail information about this then join. they do not give u proper salary structure.

Work environment, politics and all the old members of Gharda feel like they own the place. You have to visit Gujarat site one day and next day you have to be in office without any gap for rest and on time

In production department of sayakha unit plant manager and DGM think himself above god. They threatened to fire from job and transfer anywhere with illogical and improper reason despite of giving 100% work. Also no work life balance is there, we have to stay for 16 hrs in 3 days per week

Companey is allways trying to invest in New technology to focus on production target by considering Environment and safety in mind all work is planned in completed in time all are coprarive .
