Salaries are decent but career growth is slow, Little bit politics and groupism, employees training & development activities are less, little bit high work pressure at middle & lower level.

Interview Process: The VP took my first round in May 2022, and told me that they wud get back to me with the Feedback. I asked the HR for yeh Feedback and the HR Said that they hd shortlisted my profile and they wud close the process in a week as the VP was traveling. I didn't get any update so I followed up with her again, she stopped responding to my msges. So I dropped a mail for the next process, she started giving excuses like , the VP is still traveling, we will finalise in a week. I finally let this opp go as it's been 28 days with no update.
