The Group is excellent but perticular Syakha division work is very poor and unsatisfied work cultural. Overall plant design is very poor, high maintenance work in starting phase and very poor design team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. package with initiative is bad…. they saying 15 % is fix initiative and with company extra percent but it is all fraud. this time they giv only 6 % to all whoelse have in package 15 % they also get only 6 %. before joining please ask in detail information about this then join. they do not give u proper salary structure.

Dislikes

Work environment, politics and all the old members of Gharda feel like they own the place. You have to visit Gujarat site one day and next day you have to be in office without any gap for rest and on time
