1.Salary increment is low % 2.Work schedule and system like a corporate company 3 But salary increment, Bonus, Holidays and Overtime is not there. 4. Saturday also working 5. U can take holiday in May month only 1 week and that deducted from your yearly holidays. 6. Management not satisfied how u work hard. 7. Increase fees yearly on don't know which basis?? 8. Higher school fees 9. Other activities fees (like sports, field trip) taken by cash and not given receipt for that....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
