You will get good support from higher level(even from CEO). You can express you views and ideas towards product very freely and friendly manner. Great teams to work.

Because of it's product based company, you have to update yourself. No hands on work of current on-demand technologies which suits your profile.

The company culture that values the people and the sense of belonging to a family is something that I love most in this company. Supporting bosses, helpful colleagues, great team spirit sums it up.

Dislikes

The product team is in different time zone and sometimes it can be challenging when we need them due to last minute emergencies but they have not started work.

It's a good learning environment where the employees are trusted to explore and have the freedom to suggest and create work systems. The work culture is healthy and everyone from top to bottom is very approachable and ready to help.

The people and the culture here both are really impressive. There is alot of brainstorming and acceptance of ideas across the table. With the direct access to the founders of the company, ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
