Culture is great. They have a gamified way of working where you are given your cards that have Cullture stars and marks which shown on Television. Editing Team is the most fun and best thing is everyone in the time is of the right mindset. Its been just 2 months since i have joined and i have learned a lot. Overall working here i feel like games and fun + learning new skills everyday. just what i always wanted as i was layed off in my previous company because of toxic peoples....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
