You get a lot of priority when you are new and you are able to manage your work life balance. It gets very flexible.

Dislikes

There is mismanagement at the top level. The top managers are unaware of what is happening at the bottom level and are toxic.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
