New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Employees hired are all from their varied experiences and working with those parties involves a lot of learning! Everything has policies and SOPs unlike other real estate companies. Rewards and recognition is beyond comparison. We get to win trips abroad, and also get recognised quarterly, six monthly and yearly!! Its fun at Gera’s Lavish parties!

The crowd can only learn what they need at their level, interviews can disrupt you as you have not gotten any idea what to expect. There’s no room for Human error when it comes to strict policies or SOPs. All levels are approachable with an open door policy, but then you are expected to follow hierarchy at all times! Incentives haveretention amount which gets disbursed only at the end of the year. Incentives are to be claimed, instead of self calculation via the company and monthly disbursements....Read More
