This company is absolutely terrible. If Ambition Box had a negative star option, I would use it. There is excessive micromanagement, and the managers are ineffective. The CEO is the primary culprit, creating a toxic environment. He refuses to hire new resources to maximize profit, forcing employees to endure an overwhelming workload. Almost every employee is required to work overtime daily, with salaries that are insultingly low<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Employees are treated like personal servants, with no overtime pay or leave encashment</mark>. There are endless, pointless meetings that everyone is forced to attend, regardless of their relevance. The CEO has no idea what he is doing, and there is no HR to recruit new staff. Even if someone is on leave, the CEO calls them to work. He has no culture, no ethics, and never values employees, treating them as servants instead of resources. Forcing people to do overtime without prior notice is routine, and exploitation is a daily occurrence. The only reason people stay is due to the lack of opportunities in the GIS industry and the low pay scale in Kolkata; otherwise, everyone would have left long ago....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. There is a huge pantry area for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
