Likes

Young officers are given more freedom and there are lot of opportunities to prove themselves.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

As this is a geologist centred organization engineers have less scope for career progression.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Assistant executive engineer has to stay in fields, mostly in rural areas. Life is very difficult.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
