I don't like nothing about geojit.As i h have joined recently but the BM and RM are treating like gulam... As equity dealer they said me u have target of generate brokerage only but now after joining they are forced to cross sell the product as I have gaenrating brokerage of 3-4 times of my salary but still they are threatening me for LOP for not cross selling the various product..

Dislikes

As in geojit I need leaves because of some family problems but as we have sick and casual leave in HRMS but they they apply leave in as LOP ..As I have faced this many times..And rules for every employee are different..For some employees they grant leaves in casual and sick leave.. As 2 nd and 4 th Saturday we have holiday for company still they call us and give work for entire day and they are threatening to us that to work for Sunday too now......Read More
