There is culture is worst some branch manager abuse their colleague mother and father non educated manager there is nothing level even state head and Rm know all these but there are not taking action and There is such a culture that a female will not even be able to feel herself because everyone abuses all the time entire kolkata branch same situation and also hr not taking action or audit.

Company try to develop learning not skill to employee, work life balance is not so good for below senior manager laver, who are old employee their job is most secure due to office politics and lobby. Compensation and benefits only in documents when you ask for your compensation it's not get approved by higher authority. If you go for complain to HR, many of senior come with group to stop you with many tactics. Job security only for old employee who are more than 5 years old or above in company. Career growth & opportunity is less because of old employee who are strike in their holding position, your promotion or salary hike will get any time in the year if your MF AUM is increase but if its decrease any time your job will be in trouble or you will through back to your old position. First time I've seen this type of policy, I seen here first time it's happen with my colleagues, although I'm not experience it directly since 2018 when I joined this company , I never seen this type of policy any where because before I worked with many of the top company in same sector like Microsec, Sharekhan, etc. (From 2008 to 2018)....Read More

I think now it's clear for everyone who read the above points about this company (GEOJIT) Culture. And if you ask for work satisfaction, I'm little happy because most of the time I try to avoid office politics & lobby. Growth is very slow normally.
